A word on other trades
We would rather tell you this now than three months into an implementation.
HVAC
Blu Star handles recurring maintenance contracts well (filter changes, seasonal tune-ups), but lacks deep equipment/parts inventory management that HVAC install work requires.
Electrical
Good for inspection contracts and recurring maintenance, but project-based electrical work and permit tracking are outside Blu Star's core focus.
Plumbing
Works for drain cleaning routes and maintenance contracts. Emergency dispatch and complex project management are less developed.
General Contracting
Blu Star excels at recurring services, not project-based construction. Job costing and subcontractor management aren't our strength.
