We’re hiring two people in 2026. Get on the list before we post.

How the PATH actually works

We're not replacing developers with AI—we're empowering them. Our PATH (Plan, Act, Test, Hone) approach combines human creativity and problem-solving with AI-assisted coding to double developer productivity while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Human + AI partnership

Our developers work alongside advanced AI tools, handling creative problem-solving while AI handles repetitive tasks and boilerplate code.

Double the productivity

By leveraging AI for code generation, testing, and documentation, our developers ship features twice as fast without sacrificing quality.

Focus on what matters

Developers spend their time on architecture, user experience, and complex business logic—not writing boilerplate or debugging syntax.

Continuous learning

We train our team to use cutting-edge AI tools effectively, making them more valuable and empowered in their careers.

Our developers use AI tools for

Code generation boilerplate, API integrations, and repetitive patterns

Automated testing comprehensive test suites and edge cases

Documentation clear, helpful docs written from code context

Code review bugs, security issues, and performance problems caught early

Refactoring improvement suggestions and tedious restructuring

Learning assistance new frameworks and patterns, picked up quickly

Humans still make all the important decisions: architecture, user experience, business logic, and strategic direction. AI is the assistant, not the architect.
