Mike Gratz helps companies improve their processes using a variety of techniques, from Six Sigma, to Lean, to Kaizen. With more than 40 years of experience driving growth and improvement in organizations, Mike shows the leadership teams he works with how to analyze their current state, imagine their ideal state, and execute the resulting vision plan in phases; all the while getting buy-in and motivating key employees and influencer groups.

In 2020, he was named Executive Director for Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence (RMPEx), where he works with industry, service organizations, nonprofits, education, government, and healthcare to achieve and sustain excellence in all they do. RMPEx is home to 7 recipients of the prestigious Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award issued annually to only a few organizations across the country.

Since 2016, Mr. Gratz has helped Adam’s Pest Control annually on such process improvement projects as Onboarding, Saving Accounts, Commercial Sales, Technicians Upselling, Field Training New Technicians, and more. In each case, a Project Proposal is the first step where the Return on Investment (ROI) is determined.

When not helping organizations to improve, Mike can be found cooking in the kitchen, traveling the wine countries of the world, or hiking with his grandkids in the mountains of Colorado.
