Todd Leyse is a second-generation owner and current president of Adam’s Pest Control. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in Computer Science, and gained computer and network experience at two Fortune 100 corporations before joining Adam’s in 1996. Todd quickly became a nationally recognized leader in the pest control industry, being named to the “40 Under 40” list – a list compiled by PCT Magazine of the Top 40 industry leaders under the age of 40. He has been the president of the Minnesota Pest Management Association (MPMA) three times, is in the MPMA Hall of Fame, has served on several National Pest Management Association committees, and has been a speaker at many conferences. In 2008, Todd received the PCT Crown Leadership Award. In 2019, Todd was nominated for a Vistage Leadership Award. Todd has also been the president of Associated Pest Services, a best practice peer sharing group and is currently the President of Fortis Insurance (Cayman Islands) Ltd., a risk-sharing membership group with over 100 members and more than $28M in annual premiums.
