While still in high school, Jeff entered into the service industry as a petroleum transfer engineer (pumping gas at a neighborhood full service station). It was there he learned that if you listen to — and take care of — your customers, they will take care of you. Jeff has remained in service-related industries throughout his professional career; never forgetting the customer service lessons he learned at his first job.
In 25+ years, Jeff has worked for only three companies; advancing through various positions, including Account Manager, Project Manager, Division Manager. Operations Manager, General Manager, Integration Manager, Customer Experience Manager, VP of Service, and twice as Chief Operating Officer. He has been in the pest control business since 2015.
Jeff has the ability to quickly grasp a company’s business strategy, value drivers, and operations; as well as its strengths and opportunities for improvement. He consistently develops and implements objectives, strategies, and tactics that not only improve an organization’s growth, but improve profits, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement, as well.
When he is not working, you can usually find Jeff tinkering in his workshop, or somewhere outdoors enjoying what mother nature has to offer.
